Jen Pilcher, one of the nation’s foremost experts on military families, is the founder of Strategic Military Communications, LLC and MilitaryOneClick, a premier online resource for active duty military, reservists, veterans, and their families. Jen combined her professional experience with over 15 years in the communication field with her personal experience as a Navy spouse for over 20 years to create a company specializing in empowering the lives of military and veteran families.
Jen also co-founded the #KeepYourPromise Alliance, a grassroots advocacy campaign that successfully urged Congress to restore Military Retirement benefits.
Jen is a sought after speaker on entrepreneurship, social media, sales, employment, best practices for hiring in the military community as well as engagement strategies for marketing to the military consumer.
In 2016, Jen created the first ever “MilspouseFEST” event which provided four live, high energy, engaging, one-day events around the country with a with hundreds of spouses attending and millions connecting over social media. Due to the extremely high success of these events, MilspouseFEST will provide six events, with USAA returning as presenting sponsor, around the country again in 2017.
Jen grew up in New Jersey where she graduated from Richard Stockton College and The College of New Jersey with a degree in Speech- Language Pathology.
